While troubleshooting software update point I noticed the WSUS role install is pooched.  Looking at the log I see the error message as per subject line.

Best way to get out of this:

1. Remove Software Update Point from SCCM
2. Remove WSUS role from Server Manager
3. Delete SUSDB database from SQL Management Studio (this is key)
4. Reboot
5. Re-add WSUS role
6. Re-add Software Update Point in SCCM Console
